Sematel is a Composite of Regional Business Solutions Limited (RBSL) was established as a Kenyan company in 2006. The company’s focus is to offer mobile, internet services and other value added services in telephony communication.

RBSL intends to offer telecommunications solutions that will improve customer or client efficiency both for business and residential customers. With its projected products, RBSL will be able to deliver a full complement of core-to-edge IP transport solutions. RBSL has the ability to translate customer needs into scalable, flexible, cost-effective solutions, to enable companies increase the value of their network infrastructure and reduce operating expenses.

Company Mission & History

Starting with very small and simple assignments, (RBSL) will build upon the experience of each new project to develop its capability and capacity to handle larger and more complex projects in all its areas of operation.  The lead consultants have accumulated experience of more than thirty years in various assignments. The collective experience of the company directors covers retail sales, distribution, web based sales, order fulfillment, business software implementation and marketing.

In addition, we have a wide network of experts from our local universities that we can often utilize to offer our customers efficient services as some of the consultancy projects we have handled have required great capability in project design, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation. These in turn entail use of advanced information processing and procedures.  We go to great lengths to certify our customers.
